Here's an overview of our delivery services with estimated delivery times and prices.
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
UK mainland orders are posted using a Second Class service as standard. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the time of year, but most orders will arrive within 3-5 working days. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Orders over £50 - Free
Orders under £50 - £3.5
EUROPE DELIVERY
Orders within Europe are usually delivered within 7-10 working days but may take longer depending on your country.
All orders - £9
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International delivery will depend on your location and can be effected by your region's customs procedures.
Orders to the USA and Canada are usually delivered within 10 working days, but can sometimes take as long as 21 working days, especially during holiday seasons.

USA orders- £14
Regarding recent adjustments to USA tariffs, shipments entering the USA may be subject to customs fees. For orders destined for the USA, we will ship with the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.(11.09.2025)
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Orders from outside of UK can be tracked using the tracking number we provide. This should be emailed to you automatically when your item is dispatched.
Exchanges & Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
* The item must be unused and in its original condition
* The item must be in the original packaging
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Care & Washing Guide
Taking proper care of your socks will help maintain their comfort, shape, and durability over time. Follow these simple guidelines to keep them in the best condition.
Washing
- Turn socks inside out before washing to better remove dirt and sweat.
- Machine wash cold (30°C / 86°F) with similar colours.
- Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent.
- Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the fabric.
Drying
- Air drying is recommended to preserve elasticity and fabric quality.
- Avoid tumble dry
- Avoid high heat, as it may cause shrinking or weakening of fibers.
General Care
- Do not iron your socks.
- Avoid dry cleaning.
- Keep socks away from rough surfaces to prevent pilling and damage.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
Additional Tips
- Wash after each wear to maintain hygiene and freshness.
- Use a laundry bag to prevent losing socks in the wash.
- Separate light and dark colours to prevent colour transfer.
